Rental Policy
Reservations are guaranteed with Visa, MasterCard, or a check deposit equal to one night’s stay.
Guests may check in after 4pm.
A code is required to enter the front door. Be sure to remember your entry code, which will be given to you in your confirmation email.
Check out time is 11am.
There is no daily maid service. If you are staying for more than 3 nights, we would be happy to provide fresh towels upon request.
Smoking is not allowed inside Wood Street Guest House.
No Pets please.
Cancellation Policy:
High season (6/1 – 9/30) policy: If notified at least 14 days in advance, there will be no charge for canceling the booking. If notified less than 14 days before the reservation date, a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of the booking will be charged, less any nights that we are able to rebook.
Off-season (10/1 – 5/31) If notified as least 3 days in advance, there will be no charge for canceling the booking. If notified less than 3 days before the reservation date, a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of the booking will be charged, less any nights that we are able to rebook.
